An all-time favorite recipe! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and slightly buttery. People tell me all the time they prefer these cookies to their traditional cookie recipes.
Gluten free
∙ Makes 2 dozen cookies
Refrigerated
  • 2 Eggs, large
Baking & Spices
  • 3 cups Almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil
Nuts & Seeds
  • 2/3 cup Walnuts, toasted
