TAKE DOWNS:

Arm drags, pummel, duck under, hips and TRIPS.

TECHNIQUE:

Half Guard-positions, Transitions, Submissions, sweeps

DRILLS:

Knee slice 1/2 guard escape and full guard replacement

Knee on belly to almost mount, escape to half guard.
